Tonic for Lambs
Trace elements can become limiting factors to the growth of lambs fattened on pasture that's deficient in trace elements. Minvit Tonic for Lambs willremove this limiting factor allowing them to grow unhindered.

Independent trials conducted over the summer of 1999 at Kirkley Hall Agricultural College, Ponteland, Northumberland demonstrated 7% better liveweight gain than control groups, as well as tightening the skins and producing an all-round better looking lamb. Mike Northwood, Head Shepherd at the college commented "the lambs have never looked better, they're a world apart from those not given Minvit".

Although Minvit Tonic for Lambs contains elements from the earth, it doesn't cost the earth, because we use only the elements essential for lamb growth.

This means we can afford to put in extremely high levels of those elements that are most important to your lambs. There is the minimum use of expensive chelated minerals.

Some would have you believe that chelates make a drench last longer in the animal, but they are simply included to improve absorption, or to stabilise the formulation. However, they are manufactured ingredients and this makes their inclusion an expensive option.

For use in sheep that are known to be deficient in copper by blood testing or from experience For use in continental breeds of sheep such as Texel and Rouge, or where there is no copper deficiency.

Care must be taken to drench slowly, particularly when using Minvit Tonic for Lambs With Copper, as copper is an irritant. Allow sheep access to water after dosing. Four weekly dosing is recommended for optimum results.

Even at current market prices, a 7% increase in liveweight gain would yield a 4:1 return, and the improved visible performance of lambs enhance their potential at market!

Pack sizes available: Minvit with Copper 3 litre and 5 litre, Minvit No Copper 2.5 litre and 5 litre.
